Cups Up! - Mobile Application for the District Employment Office

The District Employment Office in Międzyrzecz needed a modern tool that would enable quick and intuitive contact with young people (18-30 years old) and support them in career activation.

Challenge

1. Ensuring intuitive operation of the application for users of both systems (Android and iOS).
2. Integration of various features, such as quizzes, statistics, videos, and the ability to schedule meetings into one tool.
3. Creating a flexible CMS system that would allow easy management of the application and the possibility of expanding with new modules.

Solution

1. Mobile App Cups Up!

   Cups Up! is the first mobile application in Poland dedicated to a municipal unit, created with the goal of activating youth. Thanks to features such as browsing job offers, participating in quizzes, the ability to schedule meetings, and reviewing educational materials, the application effectively supports young users in their job search.

2. React Native Technology

   The use of React Native technology has allowed the application to be developed simultaneously for iOS and Android platforms, reducing costs and implementation time. React Native provides "native" solutions for each platform, thereby offering a smooth and intuitive experience for the end-user.

3. Dedicated CMS

   The application is equipped with a CMS system tailored to the specific needs of the District Employment Office, enabling content management and flexible expansion of the application with new features.

The Cups Up! application was designed to meet the needs of young unemployed individuals, while also allowing users easy access to educational resources and job offers:

   The application displays current job offers, which can be filtered and added to favorites.
