Building a modern online presence that combines image, sales of digital/physical products, and the distribution of online courses with automatic access assignment after purchase.

Project challenges

  1. Combining branding, store, and courses

    It was necessary to design one user path for three purposes: brand presentation, purchase, and starting education – without unnecessary distractions.

  2. Simplified purchasing process

    Checkout optimization (fewer fields, clear communications lack of “distractions”) to reduce cart abandonment.

  3. Automation of course access

    Integration of WooCommerce with the course platform, so that after payment confirmation, the system assigns the proper roles and immediately unlocks lessons.

  4. Consistent visual identification

    Customized graphics and UI components that scale well on sales pages and in the lesson interface.

  5. Scalability of content

    Preparation of a modular block system to easily add new products, course modules, videos, PDFs, and news.

Collaboration process

We started with a workshop on goals and user path mapping. We then prepared mock-ups and graphic design, followed by deployment of the theme on WordPress + WooCommerce and the course platform. We implemented integration with the payment gateway and automation for course access, tested purchase scenarios (including test payments), ensured performance and RWD. Lastly, we trained in panel management and prepared a brief editorial documentation.
