Multichem is a renowned Polish manufacturer of automotive paints, industrial paints, and painting systems, operating in the market since 1988. The company offers innovative products that are used in both the automotive industry and other branches of industry. Multichem focuses on the highest quality and environmental care, providing solutions that comply with ecological standards and support the development of painting technology. The company operates on an international arena, cooperating with clients all over the world.

Challenges

The goal was to create a platform that would not only highlight the Multichem brand as a leader in the paint industry but also enable the integration of several important processes: recruitment, training organization, and customer relationship management. An important element was also the creation of an intuitive content management system (CMS) that allows various company departments to independently manage their areas.

Solutions

  1. Professional brand presentation

    The site was designed from scratch with the aim of highlighting Multichem's corporate character. The graphics are based on a subdued color palette, consistent with the client's visual identification, which emphasizes the professionalism and prestige of the company.

  2. Flexible CMS system

    Jelly Solutions designed a dedicated CMS system that allows building subpages using configurable sections and ready-made templates. Thanks to this, employees of different departments can freely create and edit content, limiting access only to their area of operation. Secure two-factor login ensures a high level of data protection.

  3. Employer branding and recruitment

    The site emphasizes Multichem's attractiveness as an employer, presenting job offers and the benefits of employment. Users can apply for available positions directly on the site, and the HR department can manage the recruitment process from the system. Employees have the ability to quickly and easily add new job offers and monitor recruitment progress.

  4. Training module

    As part of the project, a training module was created, which allows the presentation of training courses with the option of filtering according to various criteria. Users can register for training directly through the site, and administrators have full control over managing the participant list.

  5. Integration of content from other portals

    To facilitate content management, a blog aggregating posts from three portals belonging to Multichem was created. This allows marketing department employees to avoid manually adding posts on various sites, and clients can follow the latest news from the company and its brands all in one place.

  6. SEO optimization and RWD (Responsive Web Design)

    The site has been optimized for SEO, which translates into its high performance and visibility in search engines. The design is responsive and adapted to various devices, browsers, and operating systems, ensuring users have convenient access to content regardless of the platform they are using.

Collaboration with the client

During the implementation of the project, Jelly Solutions worked closely with Multichem to understand the specific needs of the company. As part of the collaboration, workshops and regular consultations with teams responsible for HR, training, and marketing took place. Thanks to this, it was possible to create a tool that meets the needs of various company departments, while allowing their mutual cooperation at the corporate level.

After the implementation of the project, Jelly Solutions provided full training on the CMS system and technical support, allowing Multichem employees to efficiently use the new platform. The collaboration was transparent and effective, resulting in the creation of a website that perfectly meets the needs of Multichem.
